PANO ANG PAG TAKE NG KIREI?
- You can take 1-4 capsules of Kirei everyday. It can be the in the morning or evening, before or after meal. But if you're planning to consume only one capsule per day, take it in the morning so it can also protect you from UV rays.

MAY OVERDOSE PO BA ANG KIREI?
- There is no overdose for this product. But we have to take into consideration the workload of our liver if you were to consume more than 4 capsules per day. Also, make sure it fits your budget.

- One bottle has 30 capsules so it depends on how frequent you will use Kirei.
